- Conducting literature reviews and staying updated on current research in the field of HIV.
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of clinical trials, including recruiting participants and collecting data.
- Performing data entry and analysis using various software programs.
- Assisting with data management and monitoring for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicating with study participants, healthcare professionals, and other team members.
- Maintaining accurate and organized study records and files.
- Attending team meetings and providing updates on progress and challenges.
- Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the course of the study.
- Following all safety protocols and maintaining confidentiality of study participants.
- Contributing to the development of study protocols and other research-related documents.
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and publications based on study findings.
- Participating in training and educational opportunities to further develop skills and knowledge in HIV research.
- Adhering to all ethical standards and regulations related to clinical research.
- Representing the research team in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Public Health.
Strong Understanding Of Hiv And Related Research Methods.
Experience Working In A Clinical Research Setting, Preferably With A Focus On Hiv.
