3. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all histology procedures and processes.
4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of laboratory staff, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
5. Train new staff members on laboratory procedures and protocols.
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all laboratory activities.
7. Coordinate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate delivery of histology results.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies in laboratory results.
