  1. Oversee the daily operations of group practices within the hospital, ensuring efficient and effective functioning.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans for the group practices, in alignment with the hospital's overall goals and objectives.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of the group practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  4. Lead and manage a team of administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  5. Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.
  6. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as hospital policies and procedures.
  7. Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff within the group practices.
  8. Develop and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders, such as insurance providers and community organizations.
  9. Analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Participate in hospital-wide meetings and initiatives, representing the group practices and advocating for their needs.
  11. Keep abreast of industry trends and updates in healthcare administration, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of patient and employee information at all times.
  14. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures within the group practices to increase efficiency and quality of care.
  15. Act as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and excellence in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Management, Preferably In A Group Practice Setting.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid.

  • Experience With Financial Management And Budgeting, Including Proficiency In Analyzing And Interpreting Financial Reports.
