Job Description

At Massachusetts General Hospital, we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Gift Processing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational skills and a passion for helping others.The Gift Processing Associate will be responsible for processing monetary and in-kind gifts in accordance with established policies and procedures. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all incoming gifts. The successful candidate must have experience in data entry and customer service, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize work. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.The successful candidate will have a minimum of an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. A minimum of two years of experience in accounting, data entry, customer service, or a related field is also required. The ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment is essential.
