  1. Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
  2. Coordinate and manage various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  4. Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments within the hospital.
  5. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  6. Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks for the executive team.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, staff, and vendors.
  8. Assist with organizing and coordinating events and meetings, including creating agendas and taking meeting minutes.
  9. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  10. Anticipate the needs of the executive team and proactively provide support and assistance.
  11. Collaborate with other members of the administrative team to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the hospital.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  13. Demonstrate a commitment to the hospital's mission of providing exceptional patient care.
  14. Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
  15. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the executive team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Project Management Or Executive Assistant Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Excellent Organizational, Communication, And Time-Management Skills.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Project Management Software.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Handle Confidential Information With Discretion.
