Epic Template Coordinator

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain Epic templates according to customer specifications. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of Epic templates. • Provide technical and business support to ensure the successful deployment of Epic templates. • Utilize Epic application and associated modules to maximize template design and implementation. • Develop and maintain customer service standards to ensure Epic templates are deployed efficiently and effectively. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet customer requirements and timelines. • Monitor and document progress of Epic template development and implementation. • Remain current on Epic application and associated modules to ensure efficient and effective template deployment. • Provide technical support to Epic users on an as-needed basis.
