
Employee Relations Partner

- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on a wide range of employee relations issues, including but not limited to performance management, conflict resolution, and workplace conduct.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of staff, including department heads, managers, and employees, to ensure a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Investigate and resolve employee concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
- Partner with HR colleagues and other departments to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs that promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, promoting a culture of compliance and fairness.
- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, and proactively recommend updates to HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends and issues, and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop a diverse workforce.
- Participate in employee disciplinary processes and terminations, ensuring that all relevant laws and regulations are followed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation related to employee relations issues.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Conflict Resolution Skills.
Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information With Discretion And Professionalism.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
