  6. Create and maintain customer service standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
  7. Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and caregivers.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  9. Prepare and present reports on customer service metrics to senior management.
  10. Maintain a positive and supportive work environment for the customer service team.
  11. Manage scheduling and staffing for the customer service department.
  12. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and privacy laws.
  13. Serve as a role model for exceptional customer service and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Previous Experience Managing A Team Of Customer Service Representatives.
