Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Communications.
Strong Leadership Skills And Previous Experience Managing A Team Of Customer Service Representatives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Difficult Customer Situations.
