- Adhere to ethical and professional standards set forth by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Social Workers.
- Participate in regular supervision and continuing education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Foster a safe and non-judgmental environment for couples to openly communicate and work through challenges.
- Collaborate with community resources and make appropriate referrals for couples in need of additional support.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of all couples.
- Act as an advocate for couples and promote healthy relationship dynamics.
- Demonstrate a commitment to cultural sensitivity and inclusivity in all aspects of therapy.
Master's Degree In Social Work Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (Licsw) In The State Of Massachusetts.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Providing Couples Therapy In A Clinical Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Evidence-Based Therapeutic Approaches For Working With Couples, Such As Emotionally Focused Therapy Or Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Clients And Other Members Of The Treatment Team.
