  11. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers regarding coding and billing inquiries.
  12. Assist in developing and implementing coding policies and procedures.
  13. Act as a resource for coding inquiries and provide guidance to other team members.
  14. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all coding tasks.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in coding practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Coding Specialist (Ccs) Credential From The American Health Information Management Association (Ahima)

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Coding Experience In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting

  • Knowledge Of Icd-10-Cm, Cpt, And Hcpcs Coding Systems

  • Familiarity With Electronic Health Record (Ehr) Systems And Coding Software

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Maintain Accuracy In Coding And Abstracting Medical Records.
