
Clinical Research Program/Project Manager
Massachusetts General Hospital is looking for an experienced Clinical Research Program/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of clinical research operations and the ability to lead multiple projects from concept to completion. The Program/Project Manager will be responsible for developing and managing clinical research projects, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines, and driving results.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. You should be highly motivated and have a passion for clinical research and the ability to think strategically and interact with various stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and a Master's degree or certification in Project Management is preferred. Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage clinical research projects within the Massachusetts General Hospital.
- Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines related to clinical research projects.
- Drive results and ensure quality assurance standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of research projects.
- Track progress of research projects and create reports to present to stakeholders.
- Monitor project budget and ensure cost effectiveness of projects.
- Provide support to project teams and coordinate activities to ensure timely completion.
- Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of professional expertise in the field of clinical research.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay current on best practices in project management.
