Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced and self-motivated Clinical Research Program Manager to join our team at Massachusetts General Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of clinical research and the ability to oversee programs from start to finish. If you possess excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, then we encourage you to apply. The Clinical Research Program Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring clinical research projects. They will ensure that these projects are completed within the required timeframe, budget, and scope. The successful candidate must have a deep knowledge of clinical research practices and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience in clinical research or a related field. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in FDA regulations, ethical standards, and related protocols. This position requires excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to work collaboratively. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and monitor clinical research projects.
  2. Ensure clinical research projects are completed within the required timeframe, budget, and scope.
  3. Possess deep knowledge of clinical research practices and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Adhere to FDA regulations, ethical standards, and related protocols.
  5. Provide excellent written and oral communication skills.
  6. Work both independently and collaboratively.
  7. Maintain detailed records of all projects and progress.
  8. Provide regular reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  9. Oversee the recruitment, selection, and training of research staff.
  10. Monitor and manage research budgets and expenses.
