
Clinical Research Coordinator

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical trials, including recruitment, participant scheduling, consent process, and data collection.
- Collaborate with principal investigators and other team members to develop and implement research protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of study participants, data, and regulatory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and institutional guidelines for the conduct of clinical research.
- Review study protocols and procedures to ensure they are consistent with ethical, legal, and safety standards.
- Conduct study visits and procedures according to protocol and ensure participant safety and well-being.
- Communicate with study participants and their families to provide education and support throughout the research process.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and research staff to coordinate and manage study activities.
- Monitor and report adverse events and protocol deviations to the principal investigator and appropriate regulatory bodies.
- Assist with data analysis and preparation of study reports for presentation and publication.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the quality and efficiency of clinical research.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in clinical research.
- Participate in study team meetings and provide regular updates on study progress.
- Train and supervise research assistants and other staff involved in clinical research activities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the research team.
Strong Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Fda Regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In A Health-Related Field Such As Biology, Nursing, Or Public Health.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Coordination, Preferably In A Hospital Or Academic Setting.
Certification As A Clinical Research Coordinator (Ccrc) Or Willingness To Obtain Certification Within 6 Months Of Employment.
