1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical trials, including recruitment, participant scheduling, consent process, and data collection.
2. Collaborate with principal investigators and other team members to develop and implement research protocols.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of study participants, data, and regulatory documentation.
4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and institutional guidelines for the conduct of clinical research.
5. Review study protocols and procedures to ensure they are consistent with ethical, legal, and safety standards.
6. Conduct study visits and procedures according to protocol and ensure participant safety and well-being.
7. Communicate with study participants and their families to provide education and support throughout the research process.
8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and research staff to coordinate and manage study activities.
9. Monitor and report adverse events and protocol deviations to the principal investigator and appropriate regulatory bodies.
10. Assist with data analysis and preparation of study reports for presentation and publication.
11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the quality and efficiency of clinical research.
12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in clinical research.
13. Participate in study team meetings and provide regular updates on study progress.
14. Train and supervise research assistants and other staff involved in clinical research activities.
15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the research team.
