3. Collaborate with research team members, including physicians, nurses, and laboratory staff, to develop and implement research protocols and procedures.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of study data, including participant information, test results, and adverse events.
5. Monitor study progress and provide regular updates to the research team and principal investigator.
6. Assist with the development and submission of regulatory documents and protocols to institutional review boards.
7. Communicate and collaborate with external stakeholders, such as pharmaceutical companies and research sponsors, to facilitate study activities.
8. Participate in training and education programs to stay informed of new research developments and regulations.
9. Provide support to study participants and their families, ensuring a positive and compassionate experience throughout the research process.
10. Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during the course of the study, working with the research team to find solutions and ensure study success.
