
Clinical Research Coordinator

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical research studies, including participant recruitment, scheduling, and data collection.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines for conducting research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with study participants, healthcare providers, and research team members.
- Collect, organize, and maintain accurate and detailed data and records for each research study.
- Work closely with Principal Investigators and study sponsors to ensure smooth and efficient study implementation.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement research protocols and procedures.
- Conduct literature reviews and assist with data analysis.
- Communicate study progress and results to stakeholders, including study sponsors and institutional review boards.
- Keep abreast of current developments and best practices in clinical research.
- Support the dissemination of research findings through presentations and publications.
- Assist with budget management and grant writing for research projects.
- Participate in training and mentoring of new research team members.
- Serve as a liaison between study participants and healthcare providers to ensure effective communication and understanding of study procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
- Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and ethical research practices at all times.
Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills
Bachelor's Degree In A Health-Related Field Or Equivalent Experience
Previous Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Hospital Or Academic Setting
Strong Understanding Of Clinical Research Regulations And Guidelines
Proficient In Data Management And Analysis Software, Such As Redcap Or Spss
