  1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical research studies, including participant recruitment, scheduling, and data collection.
  2. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines for conducting research.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with study participants, healthcare providers, and research team members.
  4. Collect, organize, and maintain accurate and detailed data and records for each research study.
  5. Work closely with Principal Investigators and study sponsors to ensure smooth and efficient study implementation.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement research protocols and procedures.
  7. Conduct literature reviews and assist with data analysis.
  8. Communicate study progress and results to stakeholders, including study sponsors and institutional review boards.
  9. Keep abreast of current developments and best practices in clinical research.
  10. Support the dissemination of research findings through presentations and publications.
  11. Assist with budget management and grant writing for research projects.
  12. Participate in training and mentoring of new research team members.
  13. Serve as a liaison between study participants and healthcare providers to ensure effective communication and understanding of study procedures.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and ethical research practices at all times.
