Job Description

The Massachusetts General Hospital is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our clinical research studies. You will work closely with the research team to ensure compliance with clinical protocols, regulations, and timelines.We are seeking an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, have at least two years of experience in clinical research, and be knowledgeable of federal, state, and institutional regulations. A master’s degree in a related field is preferred.If you are passionate about clinical research and have the required qualifications, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities: • Provide administrative and operational support to clinical research studies • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, regulations, and timelines • Effectively communicate with research team and other stakeholders • Maintain accurate records of clinical research activities • Ensure all regulatory requirements are met • Monitor study progress and provide timely updates • Assist with the development of data collection tools and study documents • Assist with the preparation of research reports • Assist with the review and analysis of research data • Facilitate the submission of research applications and approval processes • Monitor compliance with ethical guidelines and federal, state, and institutional regulations • Participate in the development and implementation of research protocols
