  1. Assist with the coordination and implementation of clinical research studies at Massachusetts General Hospital.
  2. Collect and organize data from research participants, including medical histories, laboratory results, and other relevant information.
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of research procedures and participant data.
  4. Communicate with study participants to schedule appointments, provide instructions, and answer any questions.
  5. Collaborate with physicians and scientists to ensure compliance with research protocols and regulations.
  6. Prepare research materials and assist with study procedures, such as administering treatments or performing tests.
  7. Monitor and report any adverse events or complications during the course of the study.
  8. Assist with data analysis and interpretation to contribute to the overall findings of the research.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and comply with all ethical and legal standards in regards to participant data and research procedures.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with research protocols and procedures.
  11. Act as a liaison between the research team and study participants, providing support and addressing any concerns or questions.
  12. Contribute to the dissemination of research findings through presentations and publications.
  13. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the course of the study.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline research processes.
  15. Ensure adherence to all institutional policies and procedures related to research.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Psychology, Or Public Health.
