9. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, related to medication management.
10. Serve as a resource for other healthcare professionals and provide guidance on medication-related issues and concerns.
11. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects related to Cardiology and medication management.
12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive patient information.
13. Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care provided in the Cardiology department.
14. Act as a mentor and preceptor for pharmacy students and residents, providing guidance and support in their clinical rotations.
