Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Nursing With A Specialization In Clinical Nurse Specialist From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current And Unrestricted License To Practice As A Registered Nurse In The State Of Massachusetts.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Clinical Nurse Specialist In A Hospital Setting.

  • Certification As A Clinical Nurse Specialist From A Recognized Nursing Organization, Such As The American Nurses Credentialing Center (Ancc).

  • Strong Knowledge And Expertise In A Specific Area Of Clinical Practice, Such As Oncology, Pediatrics, Or Critical Care, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Evidence-Based Practice Guidelines And Protocols.
