We are looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Director to join the Outpatient Physical Therapy team at Massachusetts General Hospital. Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure high-quality care for all patients in an outpatient setting.
  2. Lead the development of innovative, evidence-based physical therapy services.
  3. Supervise and mentor physical therapy staff to ensure excellence in patient care.
  4. Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  6. Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes to ensure quality of care.
  7. Manage budgets and resources effectively.
  8. Participate in research and clinical trials as needed.
  9. Provide input and feedback to the executive team on clinical matters.
  10. Participate in professional development activities to stay current in the field of physical therapy.
