
Chaplain
The Chaplain at Massachusetts General Hospital will serve as a spiritual care provider, counselor, and guide to individuals and families in our hospital. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for helping others through faith-based care. The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree in divinity, pastoral counseling, or a related field and have at least two years of experience working in a spiritual care setting. They should also have a strong interest in interfaith and multicultural spiritual care. The Chaplain will be expected to demonstrate a deep understanding of the spiritual needs of a diverse population and be able to provide compassionate and respectful care to all patients, families, and staff. With a personal and caring attitude, the Chaplain will be a source of comfort to those in need of spiritual guidance.
Clergy Or Equivalent Ordination
