  1. Design and implement statistical analyses for clinical trials to improve patient outcomes and advance medical research.
  2. Conduct data analyses and interpret results to inform decision making and support research findings.
  3. Collaborate with researchers and clinicians to develop study protocols and ensure statistical methods are appropriate for research objectives.
  4. Utilize advanced statistical techniques and software to analyze complex datasets.
  5. Communicate statistical findings and results to non-technical team members and stakeholders.
  6. Ensure accuracy and quality control of data and statistical analyses.
  7. Stay up-to-date with current developments and advancements in biostatistics and incorporate new methods and techniques into research projects.
  8. Work closely with data management teams to ensure data quality and integrity.
  9. Provide support and guidance to other team members on statistical methods and data analysis.
  10. Contribute to the development of research proposals and grant applications.
  11. Adhere to all ethical and regulatory guidelines in conducting research.
  12. Participate in team meetings and present findings and recommendations to colleagues.
  13. Maintain organized and detailed records of all analyses and results.
  14. Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to promote and enhance research collaborations.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve statistical methods and processes to optimize research outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • A Master's Or Doctoral Degree In Biostatistics, Statistics, Or A Related Field With A Strong Emphasis On Quantitative Analysis.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience Working As A Biostatistician In A Healthcare Or Research Setting, With A Demonstrated Ability To Design And Analyze Clinical Trials And Observational Studies.

  • Proficiency In Statistical Software Such As Sas, R, And/Or Stata, And Experience With Data Manipulation And Analysis Techniques.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And An Understanding Of Clinical Research Procedures And Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Statistical Concepts To Non-Technical Colleagues And Work Effectively As Part Of A Multidisciplinary Team.
