  1. Coordinate and manage staffing needs for various departments within the hospital.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient staffing solutions.
  3. Utilize various staffing tools and systems to identify and fill staffing gaps.
  4. Monitor and track employee availability, scheduling conflicts, and time off requests.
  5. Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and create effective staffing plans.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and compliance documents.
  7. Handle employee inquiries and issues related to staffing, scheduling, and time off.
  8. Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring process for temporary staff.
  9. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and hospital policies related to staffing and employee relations.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  11. Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on human resources policies and procedures.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve staffing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Attend meetings and trainings to stay updated on staffing and human resources policies and procedures.
  14. Demonstrate a strong commitment to the hospital's mission and values.
  15. Support a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.

Job Qualifications
