- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on human resources policies and procedures.
- Continuously evaluate and improve staffing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Attend meetings and trainings to stay updated on staffing and human resources policies and procedures.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Staffing Coordination Or Human Resources Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
