  1. Maintain and troubleshoot audiovisual systems throughout the hospital, including conference rooms, auditoriums, and patient rooms.
  2. Provide timely and effective user support for all audiovisual equipment and systems.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain audiovisual equipment, including projectors, microphones, speakers, and video conferencing systems.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of audiovisual technology with hospital systems.
  5. Train and educate staff on how to use audiovisual equipment and systems.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for audiovisual equipment and systems.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in audiovisual technology.
  8. Coordinate and oversee audiovisual equipment setup and support for hospital events and meetings.
  9. Respond to and resolve user support requests in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Monitor and maintain inventory of audiovisual equipment and supplies.
  11. Collaborate with vendors and contractors for equipment maintenance and repairs.
  12. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional user support.
  13. Continuously improve and optimize audiovisual systems and processes to enhance user experience.
  14. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to ensure data security and confidentiality.
  15. Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with hospital guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Audio Visual Technology And User Support In A Clinical Or Hospital Setting.

  • Thorough Knowledge Of Audio Visual Equipment, Including Projectors, Microphones, Sound Systems, And Video Conferencing Software.

  • Strong Understanding Of Troubleshooting Techniques For Both Hardware And Software Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills To Effectively Support And Train Hospital Staff On Av Equipment And Technology.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And High-Pressure Environment, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Multitask.
