Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Associate Director of Principal Gift Stewardship to join the Philanthropy team at Massachusetts General Hospital. The Associate Director will be responsible for creating meaningful and impactful stewardship initiatives for our donors at the Principal Gift level. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement stewardship plans and activities in support of our mission.The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for developing creative and meaningful stewardship plans, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
