
Assistant Supervisor, Parking

- Oversee and manage daily operations of the hospital parking department.
- Supervise a team of parking attendants and ensure they are meeting performance standards.
- Train and onboard new parking department staff members.
- Develop and implement effective parking strategies to ensure efficient use of parking space.
- Monitor and enforce parking rules and regulations to maintain safety and order in the parking lot.
- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to parking.
- Maintain accurate records of parking transactions and revenues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of traffic and parking for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of parking equipment and facilities to ensure proper functioning.
- Assist in budget planning and management for the parking department.

- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures related to parking.
- Conduct performance evaluations for parking department staff.

Experience In Parking Management: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Parking Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting, Is Required For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Parking Regulations, Equipment, And Procedures.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Abilities And Be Able To Effectively Manage A Team Of Parking Attendants. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Direction, And Handle Conflicts In A Professional Manner.
Customer Service Oriented: Excellent Customer Service Skills Are Essential For This Role, As The Assistant Supervisor Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Parking Operations And Ensuring A Positive Experience For Patients, Visitors, And Staff.
Organizational And Time Management Skills: The Assistant Supervisor Will Be Responsible For Managing The Day-To-Day Operations Of The Parking Department, Including Scheduling And Coordinating Staff, Maintaining Inventory, And Ensuring The Efficiency Of The Parking Facilities. Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills Are Critical For Success In This Role.
