Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join the Administrative Coordinator, Report & Asset Management team at Massachusetts General Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the hospital’s internal reports and asset management systems, as well as helping to oversee the administrative tasks associated with the department. To be successful, you should possess excellent communication and multitasking skills and have a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the administrative tasks associated with the department • Manage the hospital’s internal reports and asset management systems • Provide excellent customer service • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of report and asset management systems • Assist with the development of new processes and procedures for asset management • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Handle other duties as assigned
