Travel Coordinator

Responsible for coordinating the Company’s travel needs in accordance with the Company’s policy. Schedule flight, hotel, and car accommodations for traveling employees using Company’s designated travel agency. Research travel options (lowest logistical airfares, times, routings, etc.) and available inventory, suggest alternative dates/services and present applicable information for appropriate management approval in compliance with Masimo’s travel policy. Department of Justice traveler alerts, medical requirements, embassy locations, international flight services, and destination information (i.e. time zones, rail service, and currency/exchange rates and services). Negotiate with major carriers to secure competitive discounts for travel services. Administer airline, hotel, and car rental rewards programs to ensure that benefits provided by suppliers are allocated and/or use appropriately. Maintain low inventory of unused tickets.
