In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative products and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals in your assigned territory. - Develop and implement strategic plans to promote Masimo products and increase sales within assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals in physician offices and ambulatory surgical centers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to healthcare professionals on the features and benefits of Masimo products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in order to effectively position Masimo products in the market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and events within the assigned territory.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Effectively manage and maintain the sales pipeline to ensure timely and accurate forecasting.
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to help improve product offerings and identify new business opportunities.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support of Masimo products to customers.
- Represent Masimo at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Continuously develop and enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-learning.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends within the assigned territory.
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend events as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Physician Office, Asc, Or Rec Market
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Quotas
Strong Knowledge Of The Medical Device Industry And Competitive Landscape
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Decision-Makers In Physician Offices, Ascs, And Recreational Facilities.
