- Lead and oversee the quality assurance process for all products and systems at Masimo, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure consistency and accuracy in product manufacturing.
- Conduct thorough and detailed quality control inspections and testing procedures to identify any defects or issues in products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory, to drive continuous improvement and resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Generate and maintain quality documentation, including test protocols, reports, and specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance in all quality processes.
- Train and mentor junior quality engineers and technicians to uphold quality standards and best practices.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
- Communicate and report quality metrics and performance to senior management and stakeholders.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on product designs to ensure quality and reliability.

Extensive Experience In Quality Engineering: A Sr Engineer, Quality At Masimo Must Possess A Strong Background In Quality Engineering, With At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role.
Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Quality Management Systems, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Regulations, And Should Be Able To Apply Them Effectively In Their Role.
