- Develop and implement quality systems strategy: As the Sr Director of Quality Systems, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall quality systems strategy for Masimo. This includes identifying areas for improvement, setting goals and objectives, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards: It will be your responsibility to ensure that all quality systems and processes are in compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as FDA regulations, ISO standards, and other applicable requirements.
- Lead and manage the quality systems team: You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of quality professionals to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of quality systems. This includes providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to team members.
- Drive continuous improvement: A key responsibility of the Sr Director of Quality Systems is to drive continuous improvement in all aspects of quality systems. This includes identifying areas for improvement, implementing process improvements, and tracking and reporting on progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: As a member of the senior management team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality systems are integrated and aligned with overall business objectives. This may include working closely with R&D, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and other departments.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality metrics to measure the effectiveness of quality systems and processes. This includes analyzing data and identifying trends to drive data-driven decision making.

This Includes Experience In Developing And Implementing Quality Policies, Procedures, And Systems.
Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements For Medical Devices, Such As Fda Regulations, Iso Standards, And Other Relevant Guidelines.
