Sales Operations Program Manager

The Sales Operations Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing Masimo’s initiative to promote ordering through EDI or other electronic means for our hospitals and other customers. Lead and manage a program for our hospital and other customers to promote EDI ordering. Work closely with IS, Sales teams and Contract management to onboard new customers to EDI and transition existing customers to EDI ordering. Together with Sales leadership, develop plans and training materials to promote our customers to order through Masimo EDI or other electronic means such as a Customer Order portal or Optical Character Recognition software. Develop regular reporting for sales leadership to show progress onboarding new EDI customers and customer satisfaction levels.
