Reprocessing Collections Specialist

Responsible for all sensor collection activities associated with Masimo’s reprocessing business initiatives within assigned accounts. Additionally, position will work closely with Sales and Clinical personnel to develop awareness about the reprocessing business with both the customer. Assume the role as the key advocate for sensor reprocessing for assigned accounts. Ensure adequate response to issues raised during all customer satisfaction surveys. Develop relationships with key customer contacts responsible for sustainability programs, material management, recycling, and related fields. Ensure valid and current vendor credentials at all times for all assigned accounts. Ensure all buckets are properly placed and emptied (administered) per agreement. Ensure buckets are placed in agreed to locations. Ensure buckets are emptied on an agreed to schedule.
