- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality management.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of quality complaint data to management.
- Support product development and improvement initiatives by providing insights from quality complaints.
- Uphold company values and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biomedical Engineering, Quality Assurance, Or Healthcare Administration.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Management Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations, Iso Standards, And Other Quality Management Systems.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team.
Proven Track Record Of Identifying And Implementing Process Improvements To Enhance Product Quality And Customer Satisfaction.
