In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the MOCVD process and leading a team of technicians to ensure the production of high-quality semiconductor materials. - Manage and oversee the MOCVD process, including equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Lead and mentor a team of MOCVD technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the production of high-quality semiconductor materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality control, and supply chain, to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the MOCVD process, ensuring consistency and quality control.
- Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments in MOCVD technology and make recommendations for process improvements or new equipment investments.
- Train new technicians on MOCVD processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on production status and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with the research and development team to test and validate new MOCVD processes and materials.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events to showcase our innovative MOCVD technology and products.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Physics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Mocvd Process Development And Optimization.
Strong Understanding Of Semiconductor Materials And Growth Mechanisms.
Proven Experience In Managing A Team And Leading Projects In A Fast-Paced, High-Tech Industry.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Track Record Of Delivering Results On Time And Within Budget.
