- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the technical specifications and requirements for each installation project.
- Work closely with customers to schedule and coordinate installation dates and times.
- Conduct pre-installation site surveys to assess the facility's readiness and identify any potential challenges.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during the installation process.
- Ensure that all installations are completed on time and within budget.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of the installation process, including any modifications or customizations made.
- Train end-users on the proper use and maintenance of our medical devices and technology.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide updates on installation progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the installation process and provide feedback for product development.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while representing Masimo during installations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in medical technology to provide the best solutions for our customers.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines while performing installation tasks.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Technical Support, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Networking And Computer Systems, As Well As Proficiency In Troubleshooting Technical Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Customer Support.
Familiarity With Masimo Products And Technology, And A Willingness To Continuously Learn And Stay Updated On New Developments And Updates.
