Job Description

Support HR projects under Recruitment and Benefits. Maintains a high level of integrity and discretion in the handling of confidential information. Assists recruiting team in entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates through hiring. Prepares recruiting metrics and other reporting as required. Draft materials to help orient/welcome interns. Assist with collecting and/or completing required paperwork for intern on-boarding and off-boarding. Assist in developing Masimo’s Summer Internship program; training sessions, activities, events.

Job Qualifications

  • Medical device industry experience, preferred

  • Minimum GPA 3.2

  • Previous intern assignment, preferred

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student

Compensation
