Human Resources Analyst
The HR Analyst is responsible for maintaining and maximizing the effective use of the HCM system and other HR applications to scale our HR strategy and solutions to expand with our organization. Support the design, development, implementation and maintenance of our Oracle HCM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud System. Manage interfaces between Oracle Cloud and other systems. Run regularly scheduled reports and generate custom BI reports as requested. Maintain dashboard of HR metrics such as hiring and attrition, recruiting and employee engagement. Collaborate with IT/IS and HR in supporting the company’s technology roadmap, including system enhancements & version upgrades. Continuously interact with Oracle HCM and ORC community to ensure awareness of future enhancements.
3+ years of HR Analysis experience, preferably in a high technology environment
Ability to organize, set priorities and exercise sound independent judgment within areas of responsibility
Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
Oracle Cloud experience highly desired
