  8. Work closely with the sales team to identify potential opportunities for automation in new or existing hospitals.
  9. Communicate with hospital administration and staff to provide updates on the progress and impact of the automation systems.
  10. Collaborate with other Masimo team members to ensure seamless integration of automation systems with other products and technologies.
  11. Conduct regular audits and evaluations to assess the performance and effectiveness of the automation systems.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service and support to hospitals, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
  13. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of the automation systems and their implementation in each hospital.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize the automation systems to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hospital Automation Or Healthcare It.

  • Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, And Sql.

  • Knowledge Of Hospital Information Systems (His) And Electronic Medical Records (Emr) Systems.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
