  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key hospital accounts to promote Masimo's products and services.
  2. Drive sales and market share growth by identifying new business opportunities and maximizing revenue from existing accounts.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for hospital accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop strategies and initiatives that align with overall company goals.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to hospital staff, physicians, and other key stakeholders.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  7. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and report on progress and achievements.
  8. Identify and address customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Educate and train hospital staff on the use and benefits of Masimo's products and services.
  10. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote Masimo's brand and offerings.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to hospital accounts.
  12. Work closely with finance and legal teams to negotiate contracts and pricing with hospital accounts.
  13. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, market trends, and account performance to management.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Sales, Preferably In Medical Devices.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Hospital Operations, Procurement Processes, And Healthcare Industry Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders Within Hospitals.
