  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key hospital accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts.
  4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, physicians, and nurses.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and support, serving as a point of contact for key accounts.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to gather customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
  9. Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote Masimo's products and services.
  10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, account information, and customer interactions in CRM system.
  11. Manage and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key accounts.
  12. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives within assigned territory.
  13. Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess satisfaction, address any issues, and identify areas for improvement.
  14. Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  15. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hospital Operations And Knowledge Of Current Healthcare Trends.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Account Management, Including Developing And Maintaining Relationships With Key Decision-Makers.
