- Develop and maintain relationships with key hospital accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, physicians, and nurses.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, serving as a point of contact for key accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to gather customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote Masimo's products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, account information, and customer interactions in CRM system.
- Manage and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key accounts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives within assigned territory.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess satisfaction, address any issues, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Hospital Operations And Knowledge Of Current Healthcare Trends.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Account Management, Including Developing And Maintaining Relationships With Key Decision-Makers.
