  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key hospital accounts to promote and sell Masimo's medical technologies.
  2. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the healthcare landscape to effectively communicate the value of our products.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for account growth and retention.
  4. Conduct regular account reviews and provide recommendations for improvement and increased sales.
  5. Create and deliver engaging presentations to healthcare professionals to promote Masimo's products and services.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Masimo's products and their applications in healthcare.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials to support sales efforts.
  8. Act as a liaison between Masimo and hospital accounts to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  9. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing hospital accounts.
  10. Track and report on sales performance and account activity to company leadership.
  11. Stay informed about competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  12. Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote Masimo's products and services.
  13. Provide training and support to healthcare professionals on the use and benefits of Masimo's products.
  14. Continuously assess and improve account management strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with hospital accounts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.
