- Develop and execute strategic plans for building and maintaining relationships with hospital accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned hospital accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Promote and educate hospital staff on Masimo's innovative medical technology solutions, highlighting the benefits and value for improving patient outcomes.
- Analyze account data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and develop action plans to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and clinical education, to ensure a cohesive approach to account management and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned hospital accounts, upselling and cross-selling Masimo products and services.
- Conduct regular on-site visits and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Masimo solutions and address any customer concerns or questions.
- Utilize sales techniques and negotiation skills to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity within assigned hospital accounts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in healthcare policies and regulations to effectively position Masimo's solutions in the market.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and ensure that hospital accounts are receiving the highest level of support and service from Masimo.
- Represent Masimo at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives for assigned hospital accounts.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Masimo products and services, providing support and training to hospital staff as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all account interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management In The Healthcare Industry, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Hospital Operations, Purchasing Processes, And Reimbursement Procedures.
