- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Oversee and review company practices to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters and promote a culture of ethical business practices.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations related to the medical technology industry and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance in all areas of the company, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing.
- Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory agencies and manage all compliance-related inquiries and requests.
- Investigate and address any reported compliance concerns or violations in a timely and effective manner.
- Prepare and submit necessary compliance reports to management and regulatory agencies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and enhancing compliance processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
At Least 8 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Compliance, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Fda Regulations, Including 21 Cfr Part 820 And Iso 13485.
Strong Understanding Of Global Compliance Requirements And Experience Implementing Compliance Programs In Multiple Countries.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Manage A Team Of Compliance Professionals.
