  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase market share in Southeast Asia.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region, including potential partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions.
  3. Analyze market trends and competition to identify potential areas for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, and government agencies.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences and tailor business development strategies accordingly.
  7. Lead negotiations and close deals with potential partners, customers, and other stakeholders.
  8. Monitor and analyze sales and market performance to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for adjustments to strategies.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and competitive landscape in Southeast Asia.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish new partnerships.
  11. Hire, train, and manage a team of business development professionals to support the growth of the company in Southeast Asia.
  12. Develop and manage budgets for business development activities and ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and mission at all times.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve business development processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Business Development Or Sales In The South East Asia Region.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Business Strategies In The Se Asia Market.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry And Knowledge Of Medical Devices And Technologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients And Partners.
