Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Technical Support Or Customer Service Role.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Healthcare.
Knowledge Of Medical Devices And Technology, Specifically In The Field Of Patient Monitoring.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Provide Exceptional Customer Service.
