  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell Masimo's monitoring devices to healthcare facilities.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the healthcare industry.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure effective sales strategies and messaging.
  7. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting and activity reports.
  8. Continuously assess and evaluate market needs and opportunities, and provide feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Masimo, representing the company's values and mission.
  10. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  12. Represent Masimo at industry conferences and events.
  13. Continuously assess and evaluate own performance, seeking opportunities for self-improvement and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In A Clinical Setting.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry And Hospital Environment.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Decision-Makers.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
