- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell Masimo's monitoring devices to healthcare facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the healthcare industry.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure effective sales strategies and messaging.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting and activity reports.
- Continuously assess and evaluate market needs and opportunities, and provide feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Masimo, representing the company's values and mission.
- Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Represent Masimo at industry conferences and events.
- Continuously assess and evaluate own performance, seeking opportunities for self-improvement and growth.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Or Life Sciences.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In A Clinical Setting.
Knowledge And Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry And Hospital Environment.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Decision-Makers.
