- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell Masimo's non-invasive patient monitoring technology to hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical expertise to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives for the assigned territory.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and expand the company's client base.
- Provide training and support to healthcare professionals on the use and benefits of Masimo's technology.
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote Masimo's products.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Represent Masimo in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or Biomedical Engineering.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Clinical Or Hospital Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Clinical Procedures, And Hospital Protocols.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Present And Educate Healthcare Professionals On Masimo's Products And Services.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Building Strong Relationships With Key Decision-Makers In The Healthcare Industry.
