Experience in the insurance and/or financial services industry is strongly preferred. Responsibilities:

1. Assist with administration of employee benefits
2. Coordinate communication of new benefits offerings
3. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
4. Provide excellent customer service to clients
5. Maintain a high degree of organization
6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and other team members
7. Provide support to other departments, as needed
8. Assist with development and implementation of policies and procedures
9. Provide accurate and timely reports to management
10. Stay up to date on changes in the insurance and/or financial services industry
