  1. Develop and implement strategic placement strategies to meet the unique needs of clients.
  2. Oversee the placement of complex and specialized insurance coverages for clients.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
  4. Collaborate with brokers, underwriters, and risk consultants to ensure successful placement outcomes.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform placement strategies.
  6. Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
  7. Lead and motivate a team of brokers to achieve exceptional results for clients.
  8. Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  10. Monitor and analyze placement performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  11. Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on insurance placement for internal teams and external clients.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  14. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to drive overall business objectives.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in the placement process.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Client Relationships.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Finance, Or Economics.

  • 10+ Years Of Experience In The Insurance Industry, With A Focus On Senior Placement And Risk Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Trends, Market Dynamics, And Competitive Landscape.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Interact Confidently With Senior-Level Executives.
